Hands down for Assassin’s Creed this year, Again! These French (European and Asian too) developers are really working on their games for years before its release date. The more respectful thing is that they are constantly think about new ideas to implement in the game and make the great experience amazing!

Our new hero is Arno, who is a revolutionist and he has some famous friends, like Antoine Lavoisier (“Father of Chemistry”) and famous enemies too, like Robespierre (“the Unbribeable”).

The single player experience was redefined nearly from the ground up and they are making the whole revolutionary Paris available as maybe the biggest playground through the history of AC games. In this masterpiece we will be able to jump into every one out of 3 houses in the city and they will have detailed interiors and guests too.

Whole Paris is a living and breathing creature, crowded streets with large number of people, the new engine surely got some work to do.

The city is not just good-looking, but it has dozens of quests and missions on every single street. Cooperative mode is now embedded into the single player experience, we can join to our revolutionist friends and we can play most of the missions in coop mode or in single player, the choice is just on us. I have been waiting for exactly this kind of coop experience for a really long time (since Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood) and now it’s a reality.

The animations and the character movement were greatly improved and they made them faster to navigate through the city. Every single building is climbable and – as I know – there are no haystacks anymore.

The combat system is re-imagined, so we will have to do more to hurt enemies and deflect direct attacks, which makes the game more challenging in overall, I think it is a very good thing.

Stay tuned for the game, Assassin’s Creed V: Unity arrives to shops on 28th October, this year for the current generation: PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4. You can preorder the game if you would like to have chance to win in-game bonuses and special gifts every week.
